im tryin to filter out some particular trolls from a group
the group is alt.os.windows-xp and the trolls are

Kadaitcha Man
Keyser Soze
Sinister Midget
Gazwad

atm im tryin this

author contains
kadaitchaman|Gazwad|Sinister Midget|Keyser Soze
booleon wildmark, apply to all, ban

does that look right?

bein trolls, they randomly change their emails as well between 3 and 4 address's, which i intend to add once ive got this sorted

any and all help appreciated

you need to add it to edit menu->properties->kill filters for the group in question with author contains:

Kadaitcha Man|Keyser Soze|Sinister Midget|Gazwad

or

Kadaitcha Man|Keyser Soze|Sinister Midget|Gazwad

or

Kadaitcha*Man|Keyser*Soze|Sinister*Midget|Gazwad

or maybe it is even enough

kadaitcha|keyser|midget|gazwad

case also doesn't matter if case-sensitive is unchecked.

while im here, is there anyway to know if a thread has been responded to, in some news readers, if there is a reply the post changes colour/audible alert, is this possible in newspro?
