For what it's worth, I've been getting that error also for the last couple of hours. Really annoying.

Those ports are closed in our enviroment:(

What about download speed? I understand it is a bit slower when downloading through SSL.

I am thinking of switching to SSL (w. Giganews), but I can wait if it is still requiring stunnel.

However, if it is just selecting SSL in UE, changing the port, and perhaps selecting a different server, then that is OK.
