Re: Is there a way to support playback will downloading ?

There are archives of two particular authors, posting frequently, that with UE "Auto-Unrar" selected, do extract after each volume is written. VLC does build an index in memory for incomplete media, but I'm not sure it will do that without user interaction. Timing is important as volumes m...

Search failure

I'm getting the (10) failed to respond error today. I can't be sure how long it's been down, I've gotten it for about an hour now.

Re: Search not complete after midnight to 1st oct 2013

It appears to be filtered, as both post title and author only results are incomplete.

Re: Feature request: Download&Play in Search Service context

My mistake, I misread the post. I've used the play feature of other clients, but found the playback to be too inconsistant.

Re: Feature request: Download&Play in Search Service context

"Download&save attachments" (nzbs) to UEdata\import. That should satisfy half of the request. Your download / extract folders will be created in the default download directory.

Thanks Alex! I have a mostly default setup on another OS that does as you say it should. The "detect yenc errors" selection left unchecked is the first setting I see different than on the broken setup. I'm sure I've fixed the same before, but memory fades.

Can I save a file manually

Was the original issue ever resolved? I too have occasional problems saving incomplete bodies. Some bodies won't save automatically. No doubt at 229 days, they're incomplete on the server, so it's a matter of being unable to save 780MB/ 16 rars at %88 - %99 complete. I can sometimes recover by tryin...

Actually the search" prefix is most annoying to me, but it's rare that either the directory prefix, or suffix affects the final destination or naming of a file. Having seperated downloads and data on different drives, I extract to another location and have to rename most files anyway. I do supp...

Downloads stopped means paused, which was my usual way of closing the program. I see now that it shuts down properly without pausing downloads, or when there is no queue, but it's still unable to close the open server connections if shut down while paused. Theres no hard drive in the old PC atm, so ...

I'm getting "forced shutdown, unable to abort tasks" on a setup almost identical to another PC without the error, but running v 1.9. Version 2 was started with the old v 1.9 database and settings in place, so the only difference was the new verify/unpack settings. I've removed Comodo firew...
