Re: Filter queued downloads
I'm not sure I'm allowed to use real file names so I use an hypothetical example. (I can give real file names on request) Most of the time I use NZB files to add something to my queue. MovieABC BookCollection Game1 Game2 MovieXYX Utils1 Utils2 Game3 Utils3 Linux 7.00.667 Utils4 Etc. etc That's a typ...

Re: Par download - Some downloads don't continue
Everything in the unpack section is enabled.
"mark limited volume of par2 files for download"can't be selected.
The menu entry is black, but the submenu is grayed out.

Par download - Some downloads don't continue
Several corrupt downloads can't be repaired because UE doesn't download the par files. I have hundreds of par files waiting at the top of my queue with highest priority but they simply don't get downloaded. Pausing everything else in the queue doesn't help. Is there a way I can force the par files t...

Re: Import settings
Thanks jonib.
One last problem remaining.
Every time I start a download by opening an .nzb UE asks where to store the download.
I've set a default dir in Save/Unpack but still it asks every time if the directory is correct.

Found part of the solution. Store where the datbase is. But where is that?

Re: Filter queued downloads
That's all I need but it doesn't seem to work. If I filter a word that's not in the result list is a blank list. That's good. When I enter a word that's in the download queue the result is shorter list which also contains a lot of downloads not containing the word put in the filter. I hope I overloo...

Re: Task manager - Articles window
You can use edit menu->queued, then e.g. context menu, advanced->download immediately or download with priority, no need to reenter the save folder. Also in the task manager you can try context menu, "Select related headers" Alt+S, then drag the headers to the desired position or invoke &...

Task manager - Articles window
a] Is it possible to show the articles as groups? So instead of NiceMovie.r00....NiceMovie.r88 just one grouped icon NiceMove (expand by click the +)
b] Is it possible to filter the articles? That very useful for locating a download I want to move up in the queue.

Re: Cannot find server or DNS error (UE:20002)
It's not a structural problem but sometimes the error pops up often for an hour.
If it's really a proble with a DNS server entering the IP may be the easy solution.

Re:
Right now I'm getting a lot of DNS errors. 8 out of 10 times I get the DNS error. I didn't change any firewall setting in between searches. you may try to put the server ip instead of the server name directly into properties->general->search/import, find ip e.g. through resolving the server name thr...

Re: Unstable download speed
The i-lynpcs6fpnf set I imported from an .nzb was so extremely damaged QuikPAR didn't even recognize the .par files. I re-downloaded the files by using your search engine and everything was 100% complete. (no repair needed) It shows the files are complete on my usenet server. And of course the quali...
